Position: HR Manager
We are looking for an Human Resources Manager to take care of all aspects of Human Resources work as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders to get aligned organizational goals and objectives. With a growing organization, a formation of a Human Resources Department is planned. This role leads the Human Resources initiatives to provide employees-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and organizational growth.

Location: Gia Kho Group Building at Bui Dinh Tuy Street, Binh Thanh Dis.
1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead our people’s agenda to ensure a successful and healthy practice.
- In this role, you will drive continuous improvement within the people function and collaborate in building and maintaining an unrivaled environment for talent.
- You will be an active leader of the Human Resources function, such as branding, onboarding, compensation, benefits, immigration, budgeting and capacity planning.
- You will also be building a high quality team across Human Resources functions. You will manage, recruit, coach, evaluate, and inspire the HR team, establishing and communicating team goals and priorities, and playing an active mentor role.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional experience on talent/professional development/branding; 1+ years of managerial experience leading teams
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Sensitivity to/discretion in handling confidential information
- Flexibility to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills
